| Limited WarrantyWhat does this warranty cover? Bluegrass Laminating, Inc. will repair or replace (at our discretion) any product sold that is unsatisfactory as a direct result of material defect, craftsmanship below industry standards, or in any case that the end product is outside the written specifications of the designer. If material defect is the determined cause of the unsatisfactory product, we reserve the right to enlist support of the manufacturer to assist in the correction. What does this warranty not cover? We will not be responsible for the repair or replacement of any product sold that is damaged due to improper handling, care, or maintenance by the owner, damage caused by improper installation, or in any case that the end product is within the written specifications of the designer. What is the coverage period? All laminate products are warranted for one year beginning on the invoiced sale date. All other products maintain their own manufacturer’s warranty and will be honored by our agreement with that manufacturer. What we will do to correct problems? Unsatisfactory products within warranty will be repaired or replaced within 30 days of the complaint date. Products installed within the boundaries of Jefferson County Kentucky may be corrected by us onsite within our normal operating hours. Outside this area, the product will need to be returned to our plant for correction. How do you get service? All warranty complaints must be issued in a written statement by mail, FAX, or email and only by a representative of the invoiced purchaser. Please describe, in detail, the nature of the complaint along with the product location, jobsite contact information, invoiced sale date, and purchase order number if applicable. Once received, Bluegrass Laminating, Inc. will contact you within one business day to notify you that your complaint has been received. |
